FEARFUL?? Do not cast down, He says..
He has cleared the way for you, but the question is; are you ready to walk through?
As YOU live in fear today, i want to remind you to fear not. This is what exactly King David did, amidst all the challenges and fear he cast his hope in the Lord. The spirit of heaviness, bitterness, anger, and disappointment tried to steal his destiny. he got very discouraged and depressed during those hard and dark times just like what you are going through now. In Psalms 43:5 he said to himself; why cast down, my hope is in God. You should also learn and take a leaf, no matter cast back to the Lord even when your amidst challenging moments, and heaviness is trying to steal you away from the Lord, look in the mirror and say to yourself,"Listen here, i decide to cheer up. i decide to put on a new attitude, because with a new attitude you become a new self. This will pull you up and reaffirm your hope back to the Lord.
There is so much doom and groom going on right now, the media is podcasting, radios, videos, print, so many negative reports and if you are not careful, you may find yourself sinking in, than pulling put. The spirit of heaviness will overcome you, steal your attention, steal your confidence, steals your trust, steals your joy and drains you away from the water of life. the Scripture has laid down a manual for you to follow during these difficult and touch moments.
In Isaiah 61:3 " The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness." When you feel heaviness trying to overtake you, and filling up your heart, telling you there is nothing good in your future, it is hard, it is challenging, do not allow it to take away your faith, because you have been through that before. Imagine, how the Lord watched over you in your past circumstances, challenges and difficulties. He will still watch and take you out of this you are in now. All you need is to putt off the coat of pity, discouragement and put on the new coat of praise. How can you praise the Lord and at the same time stay down and discouraged. be grateful for what the Lord already did for you, in your life, thank him for your past victories and do not stop there take a further step and thank him in advance for the victories he has already planned for you ahead. when you do that it is when you will feel the joy rising up on the inside, your faith will increase and you will carry the victors mentality rather than the victims. You can not give thanks to the lord and keep down discouraged. so with the garment of praise, you chase away the spirit of heaviness and fear.
when ever you sacrifice to praise the Lord supernatural things happen, when Apostle Paul and his companion Silas were falsely beaten and imprisoned for sharing their faith, they never spent the night complaining, having pity on themselves, questioning Gods existence, all they did that night in their prison cell was to praise and giving thanks to the Lord. In effect they knew that no matter the circumstances, God was and is always bigger than the circumstances, he is always still in control and sure enough it was not long that the next day the doors flew open and they were set free. You too can have a fresh attitude when everything is not going on as planned be thankful even when it did not work out. Stop waiting to praise only in the good times.
I believe in you reading this article now that you are one of those people, with great faith, your roots go down so deep irrespective of the circumstances amidst you keep praising your going the right way although difficult circumstances are around you. I want to also tell you with confidence that your closer to victory, enlarge your vision, take those limitation you put on your self off because surely you have not yet seen your best days yet, Gods victories, planned ahead of you will mesmerize you. God will show up and show in on you in a way you cannot understand. Therefore, no matter the fear, challenge and obstacles befalling you now, be sure that the enemy always fights and will always fight you the hardest when he knows that God is about to do something great in your life. Do not allow darkness snatch that blessing away from you, do not be discouraged, keep offering up the sacrifice of praise and we shall meet on the winning side. Be Blessed.
